PROCEDURE

Step 1: Wash the fish thoroughly with salt water and then add salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric coat the fish well and allow it to marinate it for 30 minutes.

(More the time for marination more the flavors infuse into the fish)

Step 2: After Marination deep fry the fish pieces and let the fish cook thoroughly 

Step 3: Remove the fried fish pieces into a pan and now add the chili powder and hot oil and mix them thoroughly

Fish fry is ready to serve
